Brookwood Broncos (Snellville, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Duluth Wildcats (Duluth, GA), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Broncos now own a 14-4 record. They take the field next when they host Newton for a 7A Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, September 26. Brookwood will battle a Rams squad coming off a 8-5 non-league win over Southwest DeKalb (Decatur, GA). The Rams record now stands at 3-16.

With the loss, Duluth falls to 9-12 on the campaign. The Wildcats host North Gwinnett (Suwanee, GA) to battle the Bulldogs in a 7A Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, September 26. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 20-3. North Gwinnett won 10-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Loganville (Loganville, GA)
