Colorado High School Softball - Overland bounces Jefferson Academy

The Overland Trailblazers (Aurora, CO) softball routed the host Jefferson Academy Jaguars (Broomfield, CO), 18-2 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Trailblazers (6-9) will now prepare for their bout against George Washington (Denver, CO). The Patriots go into the 5A/4A/3A Denver Prep bout with a 13-5 record. In their last bout, George Washington toppled Westminster (Westminster, CO), 15-2, in a league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Peak to Peak for a 3A Denver Metro bout on Tuesday, September 26. Jefferson Academy will confront a Pumas squad coming off a 24-2 league win over Rocky Mountain Prep SMART (Denver, CO). The Pumas record now stands at 6-13.
