The St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC) volleyball overcame the host Christian Academy Saints (Myrtle Beach, SC), 3-1 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, St. James upgrades its record to 5-6 on the year. The Sharks travel to Conway (Conway, SC) to face the Tigers in a AAAAA Region 5 outing on Tuesday, September 26. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 14-3. Conway won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against West Florence (Florence, SC)

The Saints now own a 7-7 record. They play next when they host Pee Dee Academy for a SCISA AA Region IV outing on Tuesday, September 26. Christian Academy will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Atlantic Collegiate Academy (Conway, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.
