With the win, Graves County upgrades its record to 13-8 on the year. The Eagles host Mayfield (Mayfield, KY) to play the Cardinals in a District 3 bout on Tuesday, September 26. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 22-5. Mayfield won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Murray (Murray, KY)

The Blue Tornado now own a 5-14 record. They play next when they travel to Ballard Memorial for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 28. Paducah Tilghman will play a Bombers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY). The Bombers record now stands at 15-8.
