In Monday's non-league battle, the host Northland Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Laporte Wildcats.
The Eagles (4-12) will now prepare for their battle against Blackduck (Blackduck, MN). The Drakes come into the non-league battle with a 6-7 record. In their last battle, Blackduck went down by Pine River-Backus (Pine River, MN), 3-0, in a league battle.
