In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Northeast Jones Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Stringer Red Devils.
The Tigers (18-7) will now prepare for their battle against Morton (Morton, MS). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 10-8 record. In their last battle, Morton went down by Forest (Forest, MS), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Red Devils encounter the Mize Bulldogs (Mize, MS) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 28. Stringer will attempt to move on its 17-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 4-7 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Sumrall (Sumrall, MS).
