The St. John's Cadets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings to 0 in the Cadets non-league victory on Monday.

The Cadets now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Archbishop Carroll for a Washington Catholic game on Tuesday, September 26. St. John's will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over McKinley Tech (Washington, DC). The Lions record now stands at 4-3.

The Vikings (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Maryvale Prep (Brooklandville, MD). The enter the IAAM A game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Maryvale Prep dropped by Broadneck (Annapolis, MD), 3-0, in a non-league game.
