Woodside Wildcats (Woodside, CA) followers went home pleased Wednesday as they saw their flag football team gain a win over the visiting Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA), 24-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Woodside advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA) to play the FIGHTING KNIGHTS in a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 2. The FIGHTING KNIGHTS go into the battle with a record of 1-2. Hillsdale won 51-6 in their recent league battle against Capuchino (San Bruno, CA)

The Ravens now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Carlmont for a battle on Monday, October 7. Sequoia will play a Scots team coming off a 27-24 league win over Aragon (San Mateo, CA). The Scots record now stands at 5-1.
