The Wallkill Panthers soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting Marlboro Central Dukes to 0 in the Panthers league victory on Wednesday.

The Panthers now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Saugerties for a Mid Hudson Athletic League (MHAL) bout on Friday, September 27. Wallkill will play a Sawyers squad coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Our Lady of Lourdes (Poughkeepsie, NY). The Sawyers record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Marlboro Central moves to 1-6 on the year. The Dukes travel to Rondout Valley (Accord, NY) to play the Ganders in a Mid Hudson Athletic League (MHAL) bout on Friday, September 27. The Ganders go into the bout with a record of 0-8. Rondout Valley lost 9-0 in their recent league bout against New Paltz (New Paltz, NY)
