The Kennedy Crusaders soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Hancock Eagles to 1 in the Crusaders league victory on Wednesday.

The Crusaders now possess a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln Park for a non-league bout on Monday, September 30. Kennedy will play a Lions squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Niles West (Skokie, IL). The Lions record now stands at 9-3.

With the loss, Hancock moves to 4-6 on the year. The Eagles host UIC College Prep (Chicago, IL) to play the Firecats in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 26. The Firecats go into the bout with a record of 0-12. UIC College Prep lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Muchin College Prep (Chicago, IL)
