The Sabercats (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Benjamin Franklin (Queen Creek, AZ). The Chargers enter the 3A - Metro contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Benjamin Franklin was beaten by Gilbert Christian (Gilbert, AZ), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Mavericks meet the Palo Verde Titans (Tucson, AZ) in a 3A - South contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Andrada Polytechnic will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Titans enter the contest with a 4-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Douglas (Douglas, AZ).
