The Burrillville Broncos volleyball squad (Harrisville, RI), dropped 3-1 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI)

With the win, Middletown improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Islanders travel to Prout (Wakefield, RI) to encounter the Crusaders in a Division 1 battle on Tuesday, October 1. The Crusaders go into the battle with a record of 8-2.

The Broncos now own a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary Academy-Bay View for a Division 2 battle on Thursday, October 3.
