Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Cambridge Rindge & Latin can't get by Newton South

Newton South Lions (Newton, MA) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Cambridge Rindge & Latin Falcons (Cambridge, MA), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Newton South advances its record to 7-3 on the season. The Lions travel to Boston Latin (Boston, MA) to face the Wolfpack in a Dual County test on Friday, September 27. The Wolfpack go into the test with a record of 3-2. Boston Latin won 3-0 in their recent league test against Waltham (Waltham, MA)

The Falcons now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln-Sudbury for a Dual County test on Thursday, September 26. Cambridge Rindge & Latin will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Acton-Boxborough (Acton, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-2.
