Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Delaware Valley Warriors (Milford, PA) and the host Tunkhannock Tigers (Tunkhannock, PA), observed Delaware Valley's volleyball team top Tunkhannock by a tally of 3-0.

The Warriors (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hazleton Area (Hazleton, PA). The Cougars enter the Wyoming Valley contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Hazleton Area was beaten by Williamson (Tioga, PA), 1-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Tigers meet the Dallas Mountaineers (Dallas, PA) in a Wyoming Valley contest, on Thursday, September 26. Tunkhannock will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Mountaineers enter the contest with a 5-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Wyoming Area (Exeter, PA).
