The Oil City Oilers volleyball squad (Oil City, PA), dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Mercer Mustangs (Mercer, PA)

With the win, Mercer improves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Mustangs host Keystone (Knox, PA) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 28. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 3-1.

The Oilers now own a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenville for a District 10 Region 3 battle on Tuesday, October 1.
