Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Rialto Knights (Rialto, CA) and the visiting San Gorgonio Spartans (San Bernardino, CA), observed Rialto's volleyball team hold off San Gorgonio by a tally of 3-2.

The Knights (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Carter (Rialto, CA). The Lions enter the San Andreas contest with a 0-12 record. In their last contest, Carter was tipped by Jurupa Hills (Fontana, CA), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Spartans meet the Bloomington Bruins (Bloomington, CA) in a Skyline contest, on Wednesday, October 2. San Gorgonio will attempt to upgrade on its 11-10 season record.
