North Carolina High School Football - Bunn holds off Beddingfield

The Bunn Wildcats (Bunn, NC) football tipped the host Beddingfield Bruins (Wilson, NC), 6-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Wildcats now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to American Leadership Academy-Johnston for a Quad County 2A/3A/4A outing on Friday, October 3. Bunn will battle a Patriots team coming off a 41-6 non-league win over Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 4-2.

The Bruins (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Farmville Central (Farmville, NC). The Jaguars enter the Eastern Plains 2A/3A game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Farmville Central was edged by Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC), 38-21, in a non-league game.
