Ohio High School Football - Whitmer tops Anthony Wayne

The Whitmer Panthers football team scored 41 points and held the host Anthony Wayne Generals to 20 in the Panthers non-league victory on Thursday.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Northview Wildcats (Sylvania, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 2. Whitmer will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 28-6 non-league win over Perrysburg (Perrysburg, OH).
With the defeat, Anthony Wayne drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Clay (Oregon, OH) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-2.
