Turlock Bulldogs (Turlock, CA) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting El Capitan Gauchos (Merced, CA), 21-8 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Turlock improves its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Enochs (Modesto, CA) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-3. Enochs lost 35-14 in their recent non-league test against Merced (Merced, CA)

The Gauchos (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Atwater (Atwater, CA). The Falcons come into the test with a 3-1 record.
