Triad Knights (Troy, IL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Columbia Eagles (Columbia, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Triad moves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Belleville West (Belleville, IL) to clash with the Maroons in a non-league test on Monday, September 29. The Maroons come into the test with a record of 1-1.

The Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Waterloo for a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 8.
