The Kirtland Central Broncos held off the host Grants Pirates volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Broncos now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Bloomfield for a non-league bout on Monday, September 29.
With the loss, Grants drops to 6-1 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM) to clash with the Sundevils in a non-league match on Saturday, September 27. The Sundevils enter the match with a record of 2-1. Espanola Valley won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Santa Fe Prep (Santa Fe, NM)
