The Falcons (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL). The Tigers enter the contest with a 6-10 record. In their last contest, Wheaton-Warrenville South was nudged by Andrew (Tinley Park, IL), 18-6, in a non-league contest.

Next up, the Cougars encounter the Joliet Central Steelmen (Joliet, IL) in a bout, on Monday, September 29. Plainfield South will attempt to advance on its 5-11 season record. The Steelmen go into the bout with a 1-14 record after their 60-6 non-league loss to Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL).
