In Thursday's league outing, the visiting West Branch Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 win over the Carrollton Warriors.
The Warriors (11-0) will now prepare for their test against Cardinal Mooney (Youngstown, OH). The Cardinals come into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Cardinal Mooney nipped Hiland (Berlin, OH), 6-1, in a league test.
The Warriors now sport a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host John F. Kennedy Catholic for a non-league test on Monday, September 29. Carrollton will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Ursuline (Youngstown, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 10-2.
