The Tri-Valley Scotties soccer squad scored 7 points and held the host Philo Electrics to 2 in the Scotties league victory on Thursday.

The Scotties now possess a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host New Lexington for a Muskingum Valley game on Monday, October 6.

The Electrics (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Athens (The Plains, OH). The Bulldogs come into the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Athens was overwhelmed by Pickerington Central (Pickerington, OH), 3-0, in a non-league game.
