In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Avondale Yellowjackets soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Harper Woods Pioneers.
The Yellowjackets (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against Non Varsity Opponent (, ). The go into the non-league outing with a 31-34 record.
The Pioneers now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Frontier International Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30.
