Evansville Christian Eagles (Evansville, IN) fans were in high spirits Thursday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the host South Spencer Rebels (Rockport, IN), 7-2 in a non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Northeast Dubois for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 27. Evansville Christian will play a Jeeps squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Southridge (Huntingburg, IN). The Jeeps record now stands at 10-0.
With the loss, South Spencer moves to 4-9 on the year. The Rebels travel to Forest Park (Ferdinand, IN) to face the Rangers in a Pocket game on Saturday, September 27. The Rangers come into the game with a record of 5-7. Forest Park lost 9-0 in their recent non-league game against Evansville North (Evansville, IN)
