The Yamhill-Carlton Tigers smashed the visiting Gervais Cougars soccer team by a margin of 7-2 in Thursday's league bout.
The Tigers now hold a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Salem Academy for a 3A/2A/1A-SD2 Special District 2 bout on Thursday, October 2.
With the loss, Gervais moves to 1-5 on the year. The Cougars travel to Delphian (Sheridan, OR) to play the Dragons in a 3A/2A/1A-SD2 Special District 2 bout on Tuesday, September 30. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
