In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Linganore Lancers soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 win over the Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots.

The Lancers (7-0) will now prepare for their outing against Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD). The enter the Class 3A West I test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Oakdale edged South Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD), 1-0, in a non-league test.
