The Zeeland West Dux tipped the visiting Union Red Hawks soccer squad by a score of 4-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Dux now possess a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Zeeland East for a Ottawa-Kent - Green bout on Monday, September 29. Zeeland West will face a Chix team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Hamilton (Hamilton, MI). The Chix record now stands at 1-13.
The Red Hawks (9-3) will now prepare for their game against Spring Lake (Spring Lake, MI). The Lakers go into the non-league bout with a 5-6 record. In their last bout, Spring Lake was nudged by Fruitport (Fruitport, MI), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
