The Broken Bow Savages softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Jenks Trojans to 5 in the Savages non-league win on Thursday.
The Savages now own a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Grove for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 25. Broken Bow will meet a Ridgerunners squad coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Verdigris (Claremore, OK). The Ridgerunners record now stands at 16-13.
The Trojans (14-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Grove (Grove, OK). The Ridgerunners go into the non-league battle with a 16-13 record. In their last battle, Grove by Verdigris (Claremore, OK), 8-1, in a non-league battle.
