Nebraska High School Softball - South Sioux City bounces Bryan

In Thursday's non-league test, the South Sioux City Cardinals (South Sioux City, NE) softball squad overwhelmed the host Bryan Bears (Omaha, NE), by a count of 9-1.

Next, the Cardinals meet the Bennington Badgers (Bennington, NE) in a B District 3 test, on Saturday, September 27. South Sioux City will attempt to upgrade on its 4-20 season record. The Badgers come into the outing with a 9-10 record after their 2-0 league loss to Norris (Firth, NE).

With the loss, Bryan moves to 5-19 on the season. The Bears host Bellevue West (Bellevue, NE) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a A District test on Tuesday, September 30. The Thunderbirds go into the test with a record of 6-19.
