The Carrollton Trojans softball team scored 4 runs and held the host Cedartown Bulldogs to 0 in the Trojans non-league win on Thursday.
The Trojans now sport a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Cobb for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 30.
With the loss, Cedartown moves to 12-10 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Cass (White, GA) to confront the Colonels in a 4A Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, September 30. The Colonels enter the challenge with a record of 16-5. Cass won 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA)
