The Bonnabel Bruins volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting St. James Wildcats to 2 in the Bruins non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bruins now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to McDonogh 35 for a non-league outing on Monday, September 29. Bonnabel will play a Roneagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Salmen (Slidell, LA). The Roneagles record now stands at 1-7.
The Wildcats (3-6) will now prepare for their game against New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy (New Orleans, LA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 10-7 record. In their last game, New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy held off L.W. Higgins (Marrero, LA), 3-0, in a league game.
