The Collegiate topped the visiting Broadmoor Buccaneers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the face the Tara Trojans (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 30. Collegiate will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Trojans go into the game with a 3-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to North Iberville (Rosedale, LA).
The Buccaneers (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Northeast (Pride, LA). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Northeast lost by Southern Lab (Baton Rouge, LA), 3-0, in a league outing.
