Colorado High School Volleyball - Cheyenne Wells can't get by Burlington

Burlington Cougars (Burlington, CO) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Cheyenne Wells Tigers (Cheyenne Wells, CO), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Burlington advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Cougars host Kiowa (Kiowa, CO) to face the Indians in a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. The Indians go into the test with a record of 7-1. Kiowa won 3-0 in their recent league test against The Colorado Springs School (Colorado Springs, CO)

The Tigers now sport a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Haxtun for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 30. Cheyenne Wells will play a Fightin' Bulldogs team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Wray (Wray, CO). The Fightin' Bulldogs record now stands at 4-8.
