The Byron Bears topped the host St. Peter Saints volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Bears now possess a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Zumbrota-Mazeppa for a Hiawatha Valley outing on Monday, September 29. Byron will play a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Fillmore Central (Harmony, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 7-8.
With the loss, St. Peter drops to 5-11 on the campaign. The Saints host New Ulm (New Ulm, MN) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 30. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 6-11. New Ulm won 3-1 in their recent league outing against St. James (St. James, MN)
