Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Cross Creek Razorbacks (Augusta, GA) and the host Glenn Hills Spartans (Augusta, GA), observed Cross Creek's volleyball team top Glenn Hills by a count of 2-0.

The Razorbacks (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Hephzibah (Hephzibah, GA). The Rebels go into the 3A Area 4 battle with a 4-15 record. In their last battle, Hephzibah dropped by Academy of Richmond County (Augusta, GA), 2-0, in a league battle.

The Spartans now own a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westminster Schools of Augusta for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 30. Glenn Hills will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to St. Andrew's (Savannah, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-6.
