Hinckley-Big Rock Royals (Hinckley, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting St. Edward Green Wave (Elgin, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hinckley-Big Rock improves its record to 3-8 on the season. The Royals host Seneca (Seneca, IL) to face the Fighting Irish in a non-league game on Monday, September 29. The Fighting Irish go into the game with a record of 15-6. Seneca won 2-0 in their recent league game against Marquette (Ottawa, IL)
