Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Norman North Timberwolves (Norman, OK) and the visiting Yukon Millers (Yukon, OK), observed Norman North's volleyball team top Yukon by a count of 3-0.
The Timberwolves (4-16) will now prepare for their battle against Southmoore (Moore, OK). The SaberCats go into the Central Oklahoma battle with a 6-18 record. In their last battle, Southmoore dropped by Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
The Millers now own a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Norman for a Central Oklahoma battle on Saturday, September 27. Yukon will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Norman North (Norman, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 24-5.
