In Thursday's league match, the Simley Spartans (Inver Grove Heights, MN) volleyball squad tipped the host North Polars (North St. Paul, MN), by a count of 3-2.
Next up, the Spartans clash with the Mahtomedi Zephyrs (Mahtomedi, MN) in a Metro East bout, on Wednesday, October 1. Simley will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record.
With the loss, North drops to 2-11 on the campaign. The Polars host Johnson (St. Paul, MN) to clash with the Governors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 30. The Governors come into the bout with a record of 4-8.
