The Solorio Sun Warriors volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Juarez Eagles to 0 in the Sun Warriors non-league victory on Monday.

The Sun Warriors now have a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hyde Park for a game on Wednesday, September 28. Solorio will meet a Thunderbirds team coming off a 2-0 league loss to King (Chicago, IL). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 0-3.

The Eagles (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Curie (Chicago, IL). The Condors enter the game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Curie gained a win over Englewood Stem (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
