In Monday's non-league battle, the host Marsh Valley Eagles soccer squad scored a close 7-6 triumph over the Idaho Falls Tigers.
The Eagles (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Snake River (Blackfoot, ID). The Panthers come into the 3A District V battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Snake River was nudged by American Falls (American Falls, ID), 10-0, in a league battle.
The Tigers (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Bonneville (Idaho Falls, ID). The Bees come into the 4A District VI battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Bonneville was nudged by Shelley (Shelley, ID), 5-1, in a league battle.
