In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Chula Vista Spartans volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Health Sciences Surgeons.
The Spartans (10-14) will now prepare for their battle against Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA). The Lancers come into the non-league battle with a 6-13 record. In their last battle, Hilltop went down by Coronado (Coronado, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
