The Jim Thorpe Olympians (Jim Thorpe, PA) volleyball overcame the visiting Palmerton Blue Bombers (Palmerton, PA), 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Jim Thorpe betters its record to 11-0 on the year. The Olympians travel to Lehighton (Lehighton, PA) to face the Indians in a Schuylkill County 1 outing on Wednesday, September 28. The Indians go into the outing with a record of 3-6.

The Blue Bombers now sport a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Saucon Valley for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 27. Palmerton will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-4.
