The Ferndale Golden Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Bellingham Bayhawks to 1 in the Golden Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oak Harbor for a non-league game on Thursday, September 28. Ferndale will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Sehome (Bellingham, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-1.
The Bayhawks (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Lynden (Lynden, WA). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Lynden nipped Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
