In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Clearwater Central Catholic Marauders volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Tampa Catholic Crusaders.

The Marauders (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Shorecrest Prep (St. Petersburg, FL). The Chargers come into the battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Shorecrest Prep nudged Out-of-Door Academy (Sarasota, FL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Crusaders clash with the St. Petersburg Catholic Barons (St. Petersburg, FL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 28. Tampa Catholic will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Barons come into the battle with a 1-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Bell Creek Academy (Riverview, FL).
