The Sumner Stingrays topped the visiting Jefferson Dragons volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Stingrays now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sickles for a non-league test on Thursday, September 28. Sumner will confront a Gryphons team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Keswick Christian (St. Petersburg, FL). The Gryphons record now stands at 5-12.

The Dragons (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Lennard (Ruskin, FL). The Longhorns enter the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Lennard dropped by Bloomingdale (Valrico, FL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
