In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans soccer squad scored a close 5-1 triumph over the Troy Flying Horses.

The Spartans (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Averill Park (Averill Park, NY). The Warriors come into the Suburban Council- Gray battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Averill Park by Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY), 4-0, in a league battle.

The Flying Horses (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Loudonville Christian (Loudonville, NY). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Loudonville Christian nudged Stillwater (Stillwater, NY), 5-2, in a non-league battle.
