The Notre Dame Bulldogs routed the host Central Tigers softball squad by a final score of 7-1 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Bulldogs (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Incarnate Word Academy (St. Louis, MO). The Red Knights enter the non-league test with a 5-13 record. In their last test, Incarnate Word Academy was routed by St. Dominic (O'Fallon, MO), 4-3, in a non-league test.
The Tigers (4-16) will now prepare for their test against Poplar Bluff (Poplar Bluff, MO). The Mules enter the non-league test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Poplar Bluff tipped East Carter (Ellsinore, MO), 8-4, in a non-league test.
