In Tuesday's league contest, the Northwest Vikings (Grand Island, NE) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Adams Central Patriots (Hastings, NE), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Vikings battle the Torrington Trailblazers (Torrington, WY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 29. Northwest will attempt to better on its 10-8 season record. The Trailblazers come into the contest with a 8-9 record after their 3-1 league win over Glenrock (Glenrock, WY).

With the loss, Adams Central drops to 13-4 on the campaign. The Patriots host Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE) to battle the Crusaders in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 28. The Crusaders come into the contest with a record of 15-2. Grand Island Central Catholic lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Kearney Catholic (Kearney, NE)
